the room was modern and cozy! it included shutters to block out light, i slept great. reception staff accommodated my early arrival. plus they securely stored my bag before check in, helpful. the location is fantastic! super easy to reach from the airport using the metro.
The area felt slightly shady. I didn't feel completely safe when walking alone at night!

The night auditor, joão, booked a taxi for us at 5am. Everything was perfect. staff members are helpful and kind. the whole team is very attentive and solved all issues quickly.

the location was convenient, being very close to the metro. i liked this aspect a lot. the room was very clean and housekeeping cleaned it daily.
The room was a bit noisy. It was located in the basement. the services provided were somewhat poor.

The room was modern. It featured shutters for complete darkness, a real plus for sleeping in. The reception staff accommodated my early arrival. They provided secure luggage storage until check-in (very handy).
The area around the hotel felt slightly unsafe at night.

The room felt very clean and cozy. The hotel is near the metro and Tram 28. The rooms had lots of natural light, but shutters blocked it out. Reception staff helped with my early arrival and stored my bag safely.
The breakfast was expensive, without enough quantity, quality, or variety. The waitress was not so nice.
